Most of us hope to live long, productive lives, enjoying our families, friends and interests. Once we avoid the external things that inhibit that goal (i.e. smoking, excessive drinking, ingestion of poisons, skydiving without a parachute), the way we approach our nutrition can have the most profound effect on our health of anything we do. With so many conflicting theories on diet offered today, determining what is right for you can be confusing. As your nutrition coach, I will help you develop a healthy eating plan that includes the foods you enjoy, the time you have to prepare meals, allows you to eat intuitively, and supports the lifestyle you want.

With the ever-changing line-up of fad diets, many individuals are looking for evidence-based guidance for losing or gaining weight while maintaining optimal health and athletic performance. I will provide dietary guidelines, example meal plans and tools for intuitive eating to help you achieve your weight and body composition goals. From the start, we will make sure that our plan is sustainable and without severe restrictions and harsh limits.

I have extensive experience in assisting people with a variety of special dietary requirements. Whether your situation demands dietary changes based on a medical diagnosis, food allergy or food sensitivity, I will work with you and your medical team to develop nutrition plans full of foods you enjoy and will thrive on.

For families

I also enjoy helping families achieve their nutrition goals together! Whether family members are picky eaters, athletes with voracious appetites, or busy parents with little time for food preparation, a nutrition consultation with me can be educational and motivational for both children and parents. Session topics can include: foods that will best nourish the whole family; quick, easy dinners; packing healthy lunches; preparing delicious, nutritious snacks; developing a healthy attitude toward food; and fueling athletic performance.

For businesses

I can also assist your company by providing seminars as part of your employee wellness program. As an experienced and skilled presenter, I will prepare group wellness presentations on topics of your choice or work with you to determine the topics best suited for your group.
